Join us for another year of Square1 Art! As school budgets continue to tighten, art programs are often among the first areas to feel the impact. While schools work hard to preserve creative opportunities for students, supplies, specialty materials, and enrichment experiences can become increasingly difficult to fund. Programs like Square 1 Art help bridge that gap by supporting both our school and the value of arts education. Every purchase not only creates a meaningful keepsake for your family but also helps ensure that creativity continues to have a place in our classrooms. Investing in the arts today gives students the opportunity to explore, imagine, and develop skills that will serve them throughout their lives.

Square 1 Art is a unique fundraiser that celebrates the creativity of every student while raising valuable funds for our school. During the program, each child creates a special piece of artwork in art class that is professionally transformed into personalized keepsakes such as mugs, ornaments, tote bags, magnets, phone cases, and more. Families have the opportunity to purchase these one-of-a-kind items featuring their child's masterpiece, creating lasting memories while supporting our school. Founded by an art teacher, Square 1 Art is designed to be simple for schools to manage, encourage artistic expression, and ensure every child feels like an accomplished artist. It's a fundraiser that not only supports our students' creativity but also helps provide important resources and opportunities for our school community.

Planning for our Square 1 Art fundraiser begins each August when we work with our Square 1 Art coordinators to secure our fundraising dates. We love hosting this fundraiser in the fall so families have plenty of time to order personalized gifts before the holiday season. At the end of August, our art teachers receive their Square 1 Art toolkits and begin incorporating special art projects into their lesson plans. Students spend the next several weeks creating their masterpieces before all artwork is carefully shipped back to Square 1 Art in early October. Their team then transforms each piece into a personalized catalog featuring keepsakes available for purchase. Once the catalogs are returned to the school, they are sent home with students so families can place their orders. Orders are collected through November 18, and every purchase helps raise funds that directly support programs, activities, and resources for our school throughout the year.
